About TJ

Hi! I’m a senior at Pickerington High School Central (Class of 2026) whose lifelong passion for music and media arts began on the drum set at age four, studying under Dominic Riccardi, then proceeded to study with Aaron  Bishara at Columbus Percussion. I’ve mixed performance, leadership, and technical skill across countless stages—running sound effects for SpongeBob the Musical, serving as Sound Crew Chief for CLUE, and drumming in the pit for Little Shop of Horrors, whose orchestra earned a CAPA Marquee nomination for Outstanding Student Orchestra among four total nods. In marching band, I spent three seasons on drumline—two on snare—becoming only the third junior ever to lead the entire percussion section and guiding us to multiple Outstanding Percussion awards and a 3rd‑place percussion finish at the Ohio State Buckeye Invitational. I perform a range of percussion parts in Wind Ensemble, collaborate regularly with the combined PHSC  Orchestra, and sharpen my production chops through Pickerington North’s multimedia program, which has already taken me to BPA’s Video Production competition.
